This course incorporates significant hands-on training in a working kitchen, restaurant and cafe, allowing you to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world situations and opportunities in kitchen management and product development.
You will expand your knowledge, understanding, and skills to:
pursue a successful career in various hospitality settings like hotels, restaurants, catering companies, cruise lines, and event venues, in roles such as restaurant management, event planning, kitchen management, corporate hospitality and conference and banqueting management.
progress to the next level of study: 1 year top-up to convert your HND Hospitality Management and the Culinary Arts into a BA (Hons) Hospitality Management and the Culinary Arts.
