Course Modules

Your Core Modules at Hult
Your core modules at Hult are organized so that each builds on the last, allowing you to accumulate knowledge and skills as you progress through the program. Guided by professors and coaches with years of firsthand experience in their fields, you’ll graduate with a holistic skill set that gives you a competitive advantage in the workplace. You’ll earn 120 credits to complete your undergraduate degree, which typically takes between three and four years. Students from the U.K. can expect to graduate in three years.

Social Phenomena Challenge
In this challenge, students work alongside a charity partner addressing a complex social issue such as men’s mental health, homelessness, or youth marginalization. Rather than approaching the organization simply as a client, students engage deeply with the issue itself as a multifaceted social phenomenon. Drawing on insights from their academic courses, they explore its roots, implications, and possible responses. Students investigate the issue through multiple disciplinary lenses, synthesize these perspectives to generate new insights, spark discussion, and contribute meaningfully to the organization’s ongoing work.

Experiment Challenge
In this challenge, students collaborate with a business partner—such as a marketing agency, tech startup, HR consultancy, or retail brand—to design and conduct a scientific experiment exploring human behavior in a real-world setting. Whether examining decision-making, motivation, consumer habits, or organizational dynamics, students apply research methods to frame hypotheses, design methodology, and analyze results. The focus is on academically rigorous research that also generates practical insights for the partner organization.
