Course summary

Our classic distance learning EU Competition Law programme is particularly suited for practising lawyers and regulators or if you have a specific need for knowledge in this area. Through the course, you will gain an understanding of the substantive rules of EU Competition Law and the procedural framework in which they operate. This programme is studied by professionals alongside full-time work commitments. The estimated time commitment is 240 hours of self-study plus 32 hours teaching at the weekend seminars. Further time is needed in April for the coursework and May for examination preparation. Students are expected to manage their time independently.

Please note that the optional MA (second year) is only available for application once the Postgraduate Diploma has been completed at Merit level.

At King's you can enquire about the programme by sending an email via diplomastudent@kcl.ac.uk to the Senior Programme Officer.
