Course summary

With its blend of innovative teaching, hands-on experience and key skill development, this MSc allows you to experience a blend of postgraduate taught modules; exciting research opportunities; field trips to state-of-the-art engineering and business facilities; and access to cutting-edge technology and tools including the latest advanced software. You learn in an immersive environment, using the latest technologies in mechanical engineering, with an emphasis on applying your advanced engineering knowledge to real-life practice.

  • Specialist facilities in a purpose-built STEM building with simulation suites, wind tunnels, mechatronics and product design labs, 3D printers and an extensive range of manufacturing and engineering tools
