Tell stories that move fashion forward. Build brands that people remember.

Behind all of your favourite brands, there's someone who knows how to communicate it through image, story, and innovation. This is a course designed to teach you how to do the same: creating, directing, and shaping how fashion and beauty brands connect with the world and everyone in it.

You'll communicate through images first and words second – building campaigns, editorials, fashion films, and brand identities that are visually striking and commercially strategic. Across photography, video, digital media, and editorial production, you'll develop creative direction and storytelling skills that can transform the fate of a brand.

Based at UCA Epsom, you'll study on a specialist creative campus that gives you space and time to find your voice – but close enough to London to attend shows and events. You’ll be taught by tutors with experience across fashion publishing, brand strategy, and creative direction. You’ll graduate with the kind of creative confidence and professional skills that will set you apart from your peers.

We consider the strength of our applicants’ portfolios as well as their grades and we therefore may make offers which are lower than our standard entry criteria of 112 tariff points. This may be to students who have faced difficulties that have affected their performance and who were expected to achieve higher results - in these cases, a strong portfolio is especially important.

We regularly admit students with a tariff much higher than our standard 112 requirement, and applicants who show potential but aren’t quite at the stage to be able to succeed on the course are offered a 4 year degree with an integrated foundation year which has a standard entry requirement of 32 tariff points.

To enter directly into year two/three, you’ll need to have studied 120/240 credits in a similar subject area or have work experience equivalent to one/two years of study.
