Business Management and Real Estate at Aberdeen is the perfect springboard to a brilliant career in the international property world. This programme combines strong business and management skills with in-depth study of real estate markets from the perspectives of economics, investment and business. Studying at Scotland's top centre you will gain professional accreditation from a university with a strong tradition of employment with major international companies in the real estate world.
In Business Management you will gain a wide perspective and thorough grounding in all areas of business, including skills in accountancy and statistics. Your knowledge will be developed in the dynamic, international environment of our Business School where there are over 40 nationalities, small class sizes and where teaching is delivered by leading figures in the fields of business practice and theory, corporate finance and organisational change. Your learning will be supported by dedicated careers advisers.
Our Real Estate courses offer an exciting range of choice and flexibility, with courses focused on employability, taught by financial experts and researchers specialising in property investment and property market analysis.

You will gain a route to professional accreditation and excellent preparation for a career in surveying, with a focus on commercial real estate, investment, management, valuation and development.

Course optionsStudents from England, Wales and Northern Ireland, who pay tuition fees may be eligible for specific scholarships allowing them to receive additional funding. These are designed to provide assistance to help students support themselves during their time at Aberdeen.
International Students: The University of Aberdeen is delighted to offer self-funded international on-campus undergraduate students a £6,000 scholarship for every year of their programme. This scholarship is in the form of a tuition fee waiver. To be eligible students must be registering for a full-time, on-campus programme and cannot be in receipt of external scholarships or other University of Aberdeen scholarships, except for awards granted by the University of Aberdeen Development Trust. Please note that the scholarship does not apply to the DPLP or Medicine.
