Course summary

Become an expert at providing cost consultation for construction projects and tracking legal and procurement measures, with our Quantity Surveying degree.

Quantity surveyors play a vital role in every construction project from the very start to ensure that costs are effectively planned and controlled. You’ll learn how to precisely cost and manage projects from initial concept, through to design, build and maintenance, while ensuring each project meets all legal and quality requirements.

You’ll gain a vital understanding of issues such as value for money, health and safety and the environment – as well as exploring the wider context of the built environment.
