Course summary

This Economics and Business Management degree will help you analyse and understand how global economies work. The course combines economic analysis with a range of management modules from the University of Southampton Business School. You'll gain essential skills for managing a successful business and can maximise your employability with a Bloomberg Markets Concepts qualification.

You'll have the freedom to shape your studies by choosing optional modules to suit your interests or career plans.

  • As part of your first year modules, you'll learn to use Bloomberg trading terminals in our Financial Lab (FinLab). You'll gain essential skills for managing a successful business and can maximise your employability with a Bloomberg Markets Concepts qualification.

  • You'll also have the freedom to shape your studies by choosing optional modules to suit your interests or career plans.

  • Gain vital work experience on a Student Innovation Project
