Build the scientific and practical foundations to support healthier lives through nutrition and movement.

This Certificate in Higher Education develops your knowledge of anatomy and physiology, nutrition for health and weight management, and the principles of strength and conditioning. You’ll learn through hands‑on workshops and applied tasks, building confidence to work with individuals and communities, or progress to the foundation degree. Aligned to CIMSPA professional standards and designed with employers, you’ll start developing an industry‑ready professional identity from day one.
