How do stories shape the digital world and how could yours shape the future?
BSc (Hons) Digital Media and Communications is designed to develop the next generation of storytellers and critical thinkers, equipping you with the skills and resources to create powerful narratives across a variety of digital platforms and channels. With impactful storytelling at our core, we blend creativity, technology, critical analysis and real-world application to prepare you for a rapidly evolving media landscape. You'll start by mastering the essential skills for a career in digital communications: research, critical thinking, and technical skills contextualised via the lens of digital media, before moving onto the fundamental principles of design and production. From traditional media to cutting-edge digital platforms, you'll learn to adapt and play within diverse media environments.
At the heart of the curriculum is a commitment to experimentation, innovation, and playfulness. You will be encouraged to push boundaries, test new ideas, and challenge conventions. Our students develop into forward-thinking leaders, ready to shape the future of this dynamic industry with confidence.

The standard UK and Channel Islands full-time fee will be £10,050 in academic year 2027/28, subject to parliamentary approval.
