About the course
BSc Cyber Security is designed to equip you with the in demand skills to combat cyber threats and protect the digital world. This programme is provisionally certified by the National Cyber Security Centre, a professional recognition granted to only a select number of undergraduate degrees, assuring exceptional quality and alignment with industry standards.
Aligned with the Cyber Security Body of Knowledge and NCSC standards, the course combines hands on experience in cybersecurity operations, AI driven threat detection and security testing with integrated project based learning. You will develop technical expertise, professional skills and a strong portfolio that showcases your ability to employers.
What you’ll study
You’ll build a solid foundation in cyber security principles and practice, while gaining professional skills valued across technology, government and private sector organisations, including network security, AI threat detection, vulnerability assessment, incident response, threat hunting, system hardening, legal and ethical awareness, teamwork and project management.
Modules offered can vary each year but may include:

How you’ll learn
You will learn through:
