International Relations with History is the perfect combination if you're seeking to understand the evolution of the political, social and economic world we live in today. It blends the expertise of two departments giving you choice from a range of modules and areas of study. You will be taught in two departments with long and prestigious histories. History has been taught at Aberystwyth since 1872, and the Department of International Politics was the world's first when it was founded in 1919.
The Department of International Politics is ranked in the top 40 in the world for academic reputation. (QS, 2017).
