Course summary

Play your part in the infrastructure of tomorrow. Great project managers are needed on construction projects of all sizes – from skyscrapers to small residential developments. This double-accredited degree will give you the core skills needed to build your career in construction.

Hone your skills as a construction project manager, learning how to be the bridge between client and contractor and deliver projects on time and budget. You’ll gain hands-on experience planning, managing, and delivering construction projects across residential, commercial, and public sectors. With real-world case studies, site visits, digital tools like BIM, and industry placements, you’ll develop leadership, commercial awareness, and technical skills to tackle challenges and shape the built environment responsibly and sustainably.

Typical qualification requirements

GCSE/National 4/National 5

The University normally requires a minimum 5 GCSEs including Mathematics/Numeracy and English at Grade C or Grade 4 or above, or their equivalent, but consideration is given to individual circumstances.
