Course Modules

Your Core Modules at Hult
Your core modules at Hult are organized so that each builds on the last, allowing you to accumulate knowledge and skills as you progress through the program. Guided by professors and coaches with years of firsthand experience in their fields, you’ll graduate with a holistic skill set that gives you a competitive advantage in the workplace. You’ll earn 120 credits to complete your undergraduate degree, which typically takes between three and four years. Students from the U.K. can expect to graduate in three years.

Sample of Program Core Courses
Startup Idea Pitching Challenge
In this challenge, you’ll develop and pitch your own startup ideas, working as part of a team through the early stages of the entrepreneurial process. Collaborating with faculty mentors and industry experts, you’ll navigate the realities of presenting a new business concept and learn how to communicate its value with confidence.

Low/No-Code Challenge
Build and launch a functioning MVP using modern low-code and no-code tools, including databases, automations, and app or web builders, so you can test value quickly. You’ll define a lean feature set, integrate data and authentication, and launch to real users for feedback within weeks. The focus is on speed, learning, and iteration, while also understanding the limitations of these tools and when to move to custom code. Your final deliverable is a live MVP and a technical handover plan.

Business Model Challenge
Design how your venture creates, delivers, and captures value using frameworks such as the Business Model Canvas and Lean Canvas. You’ll test different revenue models, channels, and partnerships, then design experiments to validate your riskiest assumptions. With a focus on unit economics, pricing, and pathways to profitability, you’ll refine your concept using cohort and funnel metrics. The result is an evidence-based business model and a compelling case for why it can succeed.

Business Plan Challenge
Transform a validated opportunity into a concise, investor-ready business plan covering market sizing, competitive landscape, go-to-market strategy, operations, team structure, and growth milestones. You’ll develop a credible financial model that includes revenue drivers, cost structure, cash flow, and runway scenarios. The challenge also emphasizes risk analysis and milestone-based de-risking, culminating in a clear funding ask and use of funds. You’ll finish with a complete business plan and a polished pitch.
