Year One – Level 4
You will learn the fundamentals of construction technology, procurement processes, gain digital surveying skills, and understand health, safety, and welfare in construction. You will also explore construction materials, building services, law for the built environment, and measurement and estimating techniques.

Year Two – Level 5

You will deepen your knowledge with modules including building information modelling, advanced estimating and tendering, and sustainable development.
You will also undertake a research project design, learn about contract administration, and study construction technology in greater detail, alongside business management for construction and project control.
