Whether you want to work within the public or private healthcare sector, or set out as an entrepreneur, studying on our BSc Hons Healthcare Leadership course will impart the knowledge and employability skills that can fast-track you onto the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

This course will provide you with a range of opportunities to develop the attitudes, abilities and competencies needed to work in a health and social care environment anywhere in the world.

The course will also encourage you to become entrepreneurs and future leaders in healthcare. You will have opportunities to develop the skills required to analyse complex contemporary healthcare organisations with a business-focused mind. Business analysis is a critical factor in determining organisational options, as it forms the basis for negotiation, planning, and execution to deliver on organisational goals.

Employers from the healthcare sector have been directly involved in the design and development of this course. Collaborations with these sector partners are used to explore the skill sets employers are most interested in and to ensure they are consistently embedded in the course delivery. You will also benefit from lecturers who have significant experience across the industry.

On successful completion of this course, you might choose to move on to our postgraduate studies, such as our Master of Business Administration (MBA) – Health and Social Care or Master of Public Health.
