This programme enables students to gain a comprehensive understanding in the management skills and knowledge necessary for those aspiring to a career in the hospitality and tourism industry. Simultaneously, the degree offers staff currently employed in the hospitality and tourism industries the opportunity to update their management skills and knowledge and equip them to seek opportunities for career enhancement.
