About this course

This course links academic knowledge to the practical applications of biomedical science and management in a business context. It offers a broad understanding of disease processes and their diagnosis, in-depth knowledge of immunology, medical microbiology and research skills, and expertise in management practice.

Our expert teaching staff and guest speakers will help you develop a comprehensive understanding of the organisms, pathology, diagnostic techniques and control of infectious disease in existing and emerging pathogens.

Entry requirements

Entry requirements: a UK 2:2 or above honours degree or the equivalent in biomedical science or a relevant
discipline. All applicants must demonstrate sufficient understanding of immunology and medical microbiology. Applications are considered individually and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
