The international tourism industry was worth around USD11 trillion in 2023 and is projected to grow to over USD18 trillion by 2032. It comprises a wide network of organisations in sectors including:

To succeed in this constantly evolving landscape of business and tourism management, a successful manager needs comprehensive knowledge of this industry, underpinned by a well-rounded skillset that enables them to deal with daily challenges.
This course will help you develop these operational, management and communication skills in order to deliver an excellent customer experience. Throughout your studies, examples and case studies are taken from a range of different companies and organisations in the public and private sectors from all regions of the world.
The diverse module options and the final year project will give you the opportunity to explore a particular area of interest, which can help you identify and work towards your career goals.
