Why Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation?
Our Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation degree focuses on increasing peak performance and reducing injury risk and recovery time.
Our internationally recognised course with the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) will develop your knowledge and understanding whilst building the necessary skills to work as a strength and conditioning practitioner.
Our Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation BSc (Hons) course scored 100% for teaching satisfaction and 92% for learning opportunities in the National Student Survey 2025.
We bring together innovative testing and monitoring, training and rehabilitation programming and technical skills that are underpinned by the scientific principles of physiology, biomechanics and performance analysis.
