On our BSc Biological Sciences (Genetics and Genomics) degree, you’ll get to experience how genomics impacts all areas of bioscience. Whether it’s healthcare, endangered species, or cancer research, we’ll help enhance your understanding and analytical skills.
Developments in big data are ushering in rapid advances in DNA sequencing. Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (first teaching from September 2016)
Examples of subjects that will be considered include: Applied Science, Forensic Science, Health and Social Care, and Sport. BTECs in Animal Management and Countryside Management are also accepted for this programme.

Oxford Brookes University intends to maintain its fees for new and returning Home students at the maximum permitted level.
If you choose the placement option, you can spend your third year on a work placement. During your placement there is a fee which is paid to the university. It covers the cost of your placement tutor, and the support we provide whilst looking for a placement position and during your placement role.
The module fee listed is applicable for part time study.
