Course summary

The LLM/MSc in Legal Innovation and Technology Law (formerly Corporate Law, Computing and Innovation) is an innovative programme designed to develop multidisciplinary professionals in law, business, and technology, equipping students with a highly sought-after interdisciplinary skill set.

A unique collaboration between the School of Law and the School of Computing, Engineering, and Intelligent Systems, this course has been developed in consultation with industry experts to address their employment needs. It is aimed at aspiring and current professionals in law, business, and computing who seek to specialize and enhance their career opportunities in the fields of law and technology.

The LLM/MSc covers key areas such as data science, business intelligence, and commercial law. Graduates with this in-demand skill set will find career opportunities with law firms, in-house legal teams, consulting firms, financial services, and technology companies.

The Legal Innovation and Technology Law programme also offers students the chance to gain practical experience through an optional 12-week Advanced Practice module, during which students are placed with an industry partner.
