A good Construction Project Manager is essential. Every project, whether a new build or renovation, residential development, skyscraper, or infrastructure project, needs managing to ensure it is completed on time, within budget and to high quality. The Construction Project Manager works closely with the client, design team and the contractor.

This course develops the skills needed to plan, coordinate and deliver successful construction projects. You’ll explore construction management alongside surveying and real estate, understanding how professionals work together to create sustainable communities. Through tutorials, seminars, workshops and collaborative projects, you’ll build practical skills in leadership, problem-solving and decision-making, preparing you for progression onto your degree and a confident career in construction project management.
