Kickstart your career in the built environment with our foundation year which supports those who need to build the academic, technical, and professional skills for confident progression into higher education. You will develop knowledge, study skills and core built environment understanding through applied learning.

Moving onto the BSc Quantity Surveying degree, you’ll develop knowledge in commercial awareness and cost management, while building professional networks and exploring key industry topics such as sustainable procurement, value engineering, and measurement, enabling you to shape the world around us.
