Scholarship information

About the scholarship

The scholarships are awarded based on academic merit, and are worth between £1,000 and £2,000 (GBP).

They are available for self-funding students domiciled in Pakistan starting a course at Edinburgh Napier in September 2026 or January 2027. The scholarship is tenable for one academic year. 

Please note: All scholarships are subject to availability. We have a limited number of awards, so not all eligible applicants will be successful in receiving a scholarship. 

Eligibility

In order to be eligible for this award, you must be: 

  • living in Pakistan at the time of application 
  • self-funding your course 
  • holding an offer to study a bachelor or one year Masters course in September 2026 or January 2027

For bachelor courses, you must also achieve the following academic requirements: 

  • 60% or above in the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) or cumulative grade point average (CGPA) for top up students 

For masters courses, you must also achieve the following academic requirements in your most recent masters or bachelors course: 

  • Masters or Bachelor degree at 60% or GPA 2.4/4.0 or above

If you have discounted tuition fees from a partner university or are in receipt of another scholarship, you are not eligible for this scholarship.  

Please Note – MRes programmes are not eligible for this award.

Application process 

The number of awards is limited and not all eligible applicants will receive a scholarship. Scholarships are awarded automatically once you have paid your deposit payment towards your tuition fees. 

Scholarships are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you have paid your deposit, please email caspakistan@napier.ac.uk to be considered.
