If you are a new registered centre or you’re setting up for a UCAS application cycle for the first time – first off, welcome to the team! You now have unique access to applications, and by using the adviser portal you’ll be able to manage, send, and track the progress of your students’ applications all in one place.

After you’ve received your results, there could be a number of reasons why your place hasn't been confirmed yet.

Universities and colleges welcome students from a diverse range of backgrounds and experience. If you choose to disclose that you are a student with an imprisoned parent it will not negatively impact your application – it gives context to your circumstances.
