Hi, everyone! I’m Nally, a second-year student majoring in Media, Communications and Sociology with Quantitative Methods. My course is from the School of Communication and Creativity. I’m from Vietnam, and I moved to London 2 years ago. I currently live in a rented flat and I commute around 30 minutes to school every day. I love listening to music, attending concerts, and taking film photos. I also love exploring unique coffee and matcha places in London. My experience with London has been amazing with lots of things to do.

Hi, my name is Q and I am a Media Production Student.
I have always loved the visual arts and management, so have spent a vast amount of my time dancing, managing my film and photography and also volunteering at my local prestigious museum. 
At Uni I have wanted to keep that up, so joined Dance Society and I also take part in Nerve Radio which is so much fun, but I am also gaining experience as I am considering working in radio in the future, and to produce my own films.

I am a second-year PhD student in Film Studies, with a research focus on the intersection of artificial intelligence and documentary filmmaking, particularly through the use of oral histories. My work explores how AI can be applied to enhance and transform traditional documentary storytelling, examining both its creative potential and ethical considerations. I’m especially interested in how AI can help preserve and interpret personal narratives, expanding the ways we capture and share human experiences. My goal is to push the boundaries of documentary film by integrating innovative technologies while respecting the rich history of the genre.

I am Chinese Malaysian, Vietnamese American. I grew up in California and studied at elementary level before I moved to Malaysia to complete my secondary school (IGCSE) and college (A Level) exams. Currently, as the world continues to evolve with technology and technology continues to evolve with the world, I'm keen on learning more about the subsequent consequences of how humanity and the ways we use media will affect the future of our planet. Thus, I am currently in London at the top university for media studies in Europe and surrounded by the biggest companies influencing the media today.
