I am a second-year PhD student in Film Studies, with a research focus on the intersection of artificial intelligence and documentary filmmaking, particularly through the use of oral histories. My work explores how AI can be applied to enhance and transform traditional documentary storytelling, examining both its creative potential and ethical considerations. I’m especially interested in how AI can help preserve and interpret personal narratives, expanding the ways we capture and share human experiences. My educational journey has taken me across Southern Africa, with my O Levels in Zimbabwe and A Levels in South Africa, giving me a rich and diverse perspective both inside and outside the classroom.

Beyond my academics, I’m passionate about sports, fitness, wellness, entrepreneurship, and community engagement—I believe in living a balanced life and giving back to those around me.
