MSc Forensic Science
Hey there! I’m a doctor who spent six incredible years in Ukraine studying medicine. During my medical studies, I found myself completely fascinated by forensic medicine classes, where science meets investigation. That interest slowly grew into a passion for connecting medical and forensic knowledge to do something meaningful, research that can both save lives and help catch culprits (whether that culprit is a disease or a criminal!).
Even though I’m not particularly interested in pursuing licensing exams or working in clinical practice, I’ve always been passionate about the subject and staying connected to it and its constant evolution is really important to me, it’s still a big part of who I am; what excites me more is pathbreaking research and discovery. My goal is to become a leading researcher in this field, contributing to work that bridges the gap between medicine and forensics.
If you’re curious about studying abroad, or just want to chat about science, or life as a student, feel free to reach out! I’d be more than happy to connect and share my experiences.

I'm Ady, and currently I am in my second year, pursuing a bachelors in Global Politics and International Relations. Before uni, I worked as a pilot for 14 years, and due to the covid-19 pandemic had to broaden my outlook on the future. Im avidly interested in international diplomacy and how regions and counties make a vital difference in imacting global policy and direction. Politics never seemed easy to understand, and now I realize why! Like everyone here I hope I can make a difference in the future to make our world a better place.

Public Policy and Management
Hello! I’m Ananya, and I am currently pursuing my MSc in Public Policy and Management.
As a 24-year-old student, I understand the importance of choosing the right postgraduate program to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world application. I chose this course because of its dynamic approach to solving modern governance challenges.
When I’m not in lectures or working on assignments, I enjoy exploring the diverse culture London has to offer. Living in London provides a unique backdrop for studying policy, as we are right in the heart of where decisions are made.
If you are considering this course or are curious about the workload, teaching style, or what it's really like to study at a master's level in the UK, please don't hesitate to reach out. I’d love to share my honest experiences with you!!

Pharmacology [BSc/MSci]
My long-term career plans? Well, let’s just say I’m aiming for somewhere between a lab genius discovering the next big breakthrough and a science communicator who makes pharmacology sound cooler than it is (and trust me, it’s pretty cool).
I am passionate about science and how it can change lives in such meaningful ways and my end goal is to make medicine a bit more accessible than it is today.
Outside of academics, you’ll probably find me on the basketball court or volunteering—I love working with kids and finding ways to make learning fun for them (yes, teaching can be fun!). I also juggle a few roles like being a Class Rep and basketball convener so I’m pretty familiar with what it takes to balance the chaos of uni life. Spoiler: it’s a lot of caffeine and a lot of to-do lists.

Common Law [LLB]
Hi there! I'm a third-year Common Law student at the University of Glasgow, originally from New Delhi, India. It's been quite a journey from the bustling streets of my hometown to the historic campus here in Scotland!
When I'm not immersed in my legal studies, I enjoy spending my free time playing football or movies. These activities provide a perfect escape from the rigors of studying case law and help me relax after intense academic sessions.
My passion for law has only grown stronger since I started my degree. I'm particularly fascinated by international law and how it shapes our global society.
Choosing the University of Glasgow was one of the best decisions I've made. The university's stellar reputation in the legal field was a major draw, but what really sealed the deal was the unique opportunity to study Scots law alongside English law in the Common Law degree. Plus, the chance to experience life in a vibrant city like Glasgow was too good to pass up!
If you're considering Glasgow, feel free to ask me anything about life as an international student, the Common Law program, or just how to balance studies with a good football match. I'm here to help!

Medicine
I enjoy developing myself as a student, learning new skills and interacting with people. A favorite pastime of mine is reading, especially thrillers but I'm open to other genres as well.
I'm originally from India, specifically from Lucknow, the city of Nawabs (and Tunday kababs), and relish trying new foods and connecting with people from different cultures through their traditions :) Having grown up in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, that is the place I call home. The links I have to all these different places has given me a broader worldview, and allowed me to experience life from a different lens.
