Hi I’m Ellie and I’m a Second Year Pharmacy student. I will be at Lincoln for 3 more years and plan on becoming a pharmacist when I graduate. Clearing felt very daunting at first when things didn’t go as planned on results day, but the process was actually really easy and ended up finding the university that’s best for me. I do biomedical engineering and want to focus on a combination of electronics and cell biology in the future. I’m an undergraduate student studying Economics at the University of Warwick, with a keen interest in development economics and its real-world applications. I love exploring how economic principles can be used to address global challenges, from inequality to sustainable growth. I also enjoy mathematics, not just as a tool for summarising economic models but as a way to deepen our understanding of the reasoning behind them.

Having studied in both Thai and UK education systems, I’ve experienced the transition first-hand, so I understand the challenges and adjustments involved. I’m also a Royal Thai Government scholar, which means I will return to Thailand after my studies to serve as a diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Beyond academics, I have worked closely with the Royal Thai Embassy, coordinating special occasions such as the National Day Reception and events for Thai student communities. Hi there! I am a PhD Student who recently graduated from Strathclyde with a MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Applications.

I started my PhD in Design Manufacturing and Engineering Management in October and have been enjoying working on my project ‘Cognitive Biases in Conceptual Design’

In my free time, I enjoy exploring both Scotland and abroad, but particularly this beautiful country. Some of my favourite memories from Strathclyde have been the sports ball, a mountaineering trip to Glencoe, and attending fight nights. I have had so many great experiences from my time as a student here from from being a sports union volunteer to becoming a class rep.
