Tameside College offer both full-time and part-time degree options including HTQ (HNC/HND), BA (Hons) and BSc (Hons)

Our subject areas include: Teacher Education (PGCE, Cert Ed), Education (BA), Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computing (Cyber Security), Criminology and Psychology

Assessment is through a variety of forms of coursework and includes: a reflective portfolio, presentation, analysis of work-place scenario, reflective essay and case study.  The assessment strategies adopted are designed to enable students to demonstrate their achievement of module learning outcomes and the relationship between work - based learning and academic study.
