About us

University Centre Myerscough is one of the UK’s largest land-based, engineering and sport institutions, offering a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.

It’s a popular choice for students and is based just outside Preston with excellent student accommodation on offer at our beautiful, rural campus.

Myerscough offers a range of university level degrees from Foundation Degree level right up to Masters level and many of the subjects have a strong research base.

Subjects include Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Animal Studies, Arboriculture (Tree Management), Ecology and Conservation, Equine, Farriery, Floral Design, Horticulture, Landscape, Motorsports, Sports Studies (including Basketball, Cricket, Football, Golf, Rugby and Strength & Conditioning) and Sportsturf (Greenkeeping & Groundsmanship).

Entry requirements range from 48 UCAS Points for a Foundation Degree up to 104 points for an Honours Degree, although please check each course for specific requirements.
