With years of experience as a Careers Adviser at the University of Portsmouth, Janet Woolnough works with business and law students, designing and delivering employability programmes tailored to their needs. 

Alongside this, she leads the university's careers support for international students, offering guidance to applicants, current students, and graduates alike as they find their footing in both the UK and global labour markets.

Damires Flores

Damires Flores

Damires Flores is a Computer Science student at Birkbeck, University of London, with a minor in Data Science. Passionate about technology, fintech, and finance, she has built an impressive portfolio of experience, including a software engineering internship at JP Morgan Chase, and a data analyst and admin internship at consultancy firm Fraser Coutts and Partners. 

On campus, Dami stays actively involved as a student ambassador, a participant in the BBK Mentoring programme, and a member of both the Rewriting the Code community and the Computer Science Society.
