2015 provider EXACT records supply

A reminder that if you signed up for 2015 provider EXACT records supply, the data is only available until 17:00 next Monday, 10 August.

The data is available for you to download as a zip file, containing your HEP code in the name ‘<HEP code>_all.zip’. This contains the five CSV data files and a technical notes PDF. You can find instructions on how to do this in the Secure File Transfer user guide, and more details are in bulletin 332.
