The first date that an application will reject by default (RBD) is 5 January 2016, and then every day until the end of the cycle. Remember that applicants with outstanding interview decisions will be included in the daily RBD from 5 January.

Please check your outstanding decision list (ODL) to view applications that you have not yet made a decision on. The ODL list is in web-link:

  • Sign in to web-link – access applicant data.
  • From the main menu, choose ‘Outstanding decision list’.
  • Choose ‘On-demand ODL for all applications’.
  • You can sort columns in order of when an applicant applied or even the programme code.
Remember to check the ODL at least once a week.

Please remember we exclude 21 December to 4 January (inclusive) for the Christmas period. These days will not count towards the 40 day decision deadline.
