This cycle, we’re exploring how we might support you further in widening participation in higher education through a new contextual data service. This will use the principles behind our multiple equality measure to code applications by representation level, and make suggestions about how this might affect predicted or achieved attainment. Initially, we’ll be piloting this service with a handful of providers, which have expressed an interest in this area of work.
Following a thorough evaluation of the pilot’s effectiveness, we’ll be working with the sector to explore next steps for the 2019 cycle.
