Outstanding results

You should chase any outstanding results from applicants.

Posted Wed 29 July 2015

You should chase any outstanding results from applicants. Any amended results supplied to us by the awarding bodies will be provided to you within 24 hours of receipt. If you don’t have all of an applicant’s results by 31 August, you can either:

  • reject the applicant if it’s not possible for them to meet the conditions with the missing results
  • confirm the place based on the results you’ve received for the applicant
  • record a STOP or DCF decision – see the UCAS Admissions Guide 2015 sections 13.17 - 13.21 for more information
We provide results listed at www.ucas.com/sending-exam-results. Please request all other results (e.g. GCSE) directly from the applicant.
