Enter the applicant’s surname and make sure the ‘All’ option is selected, rather than ‘This institution’, before running the search.
- If the applicant already has a live application and is holding an offer they no longer want: they need to contact the provider to ask to be entered into Clearing. They can then apply to you through Clearing on the existing application.
- If the applicant is holding an offer on an existing RPA: they need to contact the provider to discuss cancelling the record before another application can be made.
RPAs submitted for applicants who are already live in the system will be cancelled. It is your responsibility to check if the applicant already has a live UCAS application. If you need any help with this, please contact the HEP Team at hep_team@ucas.ac.uk.
