21 April 2026 - 12:30 to 13:30This webinar offers an introduction to the CSFC (Clinical Skills Foundation Course), led by Dr Tom Broughton. Dr Broughton is a GP Partner, GP Trainer and CSFC Unit Lead at UBMS (The University of Buckingham Medical School).
We’ll be highlighting some of the innovative teaching on the course, including how communication skills are taught using trained actor facilitators and clinical educators.
What is the CSFC?
CSFC is a practical course which teaches students communication skills, clinical history taking and examinations. CSFC gives students early clinical exposure with clinical placements at GP surgeries and hospitals, alongside campus-based teaching.
