About the course

International financial law plays a central role in global business transactions due to the increasing dependence of the world’s economies on the financial system. As a result, there’s an increasing demand for professionals with expertise in international financial law.

On this course, you’ll learn from today’s leading lawyers whose research underpins their teaching. You’ll:

  • gain an insight into regulatory issues affecting major transactions in global financial markets

  • learn to interpret and draft complex international financial contracts

  • find out about fintech regulation, including cryptocurrencies

  • explore international capital and liquidity rules applicable to banks
