Postgraduate Progression Scholarship

Scholarship information

The Postgraduate Progression Scholarship offers a 15% reduction in tuition fees. This is available to Kingston University undergraduate students graduating who progress to a postgraduate degree (taught or research) at Kingston University.

This scholarship cannot be combined with any other alumni or loyalty discounts, including faculty or departmental discounts. 

Who is eligible?


•    Have received an offer to study a postgraduate taught or research degree (e.g. MSc, MA, MRes, MPhil, or PhD) at Kingston University, full-time or part-time, starting in 2025/26, full-time or part-time.
•    Have been awarded a Kingston University undergraduate degree in 2024/25, including degrees awarded via partner institutions.


The 15% discount does not apply to the following courses: 
•    MMid/MSc Midwifery 
•    PGCE
•    Post-qualifying Social Work (e.g. ASW, PG Cert, short courses)
•    Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
•    Graduate Diploma Creative Practice
•    Distance learning programmes 
A 10% alumni discount may be available for students on these courses instead.


How to apply 
You do not need to apply for a Postgraduate Progression Scholarship. If you are eligible, it will be applied automatically to your course fees invoice. If you’re paying via instalments, the discount will be apportioned evenly across all of your instalments.
