King's College LondonEconomics and FinanceHi! I’m an MSc Economics & Finance student at King’s College London. I come from an Economics background and developed my interest by seeing how economic ideas play out in the real world. I enjoy working with data, understanding financial systems, and connecting theory to practical issues. I’m happy to chat about applying to King’s, adjusting to life in London, managing coursework, or anything else you’re curious about as a prospective or current student! Xiuqi
University of SouthamptonEconomics and FinanceHi! I’m Xiuqi (Cara), originally from China, currently studying Economics and Finance. In the short term, I’m aiming to become a credit risk analyst, as I’m really interested in financial analysis, risk assessment, and understanding how markets work behind the scenes. I’m still exploring and building my path step by step — that’s part of the journey! Outside of academics, I’m big on self-improvement. You’ll probably find me at the gym, working on building both physical and mental strength. I also love watching American TV series — fun fact: I used to dream about becoming a cop in Los Angeles (yes, influenced by TV 😄). As an international student, I understand how exciting and overwhelming university life can feel. Whether you have questions about studying Econ & Finance, adjusting to uni life, or planning your career direction, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to share my experience!
