Hi! My name is Kiera and I am a 4th year Neuroscience MSci student at the University of Glasgow. Outside of my studies I love to sing and perform on stage in musicals - it is a great way to relax and express myself! I chose to study Neuroscience as I find the complexity of the brain fascinating, and there is so much to learn about on this course. I started on the BSc degree and transferred to the MSci program at the end of 3rd year. Currently, I am completing my work placement year in the Centre for Neurotechnology and Centre for Cognitive Neuroimaging. Hi everyone, I am Marija Sara. I am a postgraduate student studying MSc Biomedical Science (Infection Science). My journey at Coventry University started in 2019 when I did my foundation year in Applied Biosciences at CU Coventry. Upon completing my foundation year, I decided to move to Coventry University and do a BSc in Biomedical Science, I graduated with first class honours last year and am now doing my master's degree. I chose this career path to help people and learn more about diseases and how they can be prevented and treated. Apart from being a Unibuddy Ambassador, I am also a Health and Life Sciences Faculty Ambassador. I am now approaching five years at Coventry University and have experience in almost all levels of education. Before I enrolled into the MSc IT at UoA, I worked as a freelance photographer, while running a photo printing and framing business. And before that, I co-founded a company that sought to connect customers to their favourite brands by helping them discover deals/discounts from these brands. 
In between then and now, I have worked as an events management executive, and as a trainers' trainer. 
Before moving to Aberdeen, I lived in Mauritius with my family.
