There are many courses available to study at Plymouth Marjon. While the strengths of the university are in education, sport, health, performing arts and business, students can be assured that all courses are held to the highest standards and offer excellent teaching.

Students are regularly asked for their feedback to make immediate improvements to courses to benefit those students at that time, not just future students. Work placements are also incorporated into many modules at the university to encourage students to explore career opportunities early.

Work is generally assessed through a range of research projects, coursework, exams, essays, and group work.

Each student works closely with a Personal Development Tutor to guide them through their time at university, working on building their strengths, building confidence, and developing key graduate-level skills such as applying for jobs or impressing at an interview.
