Accessible – We have been ranked 1st in England and Wales for social inclusion for the sixth year running in The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide, 2024.
Innovative - We invest in our students and produce ground-breaking research. Notably, we polished prototype mirrors for a £900m project on the world’s largest telescope.
Supportive – Highly valuing student feedback, we ranked 2nd among Welsh Universities for Student Voice in the National Student Survey, 2024, and 1st of out Welsh Universities for Student Satisfaction in the Complete University Guide, 2025.
