You can access this data from the Management Information menu in web-link by following these steps:
- Sign in to web-link.
- Select:
- Access applicant data
- Your institution from the list
- Management Information
- Export Data
- Applicant Data 3
- Download csv
The GTTR nationality column in the downloaded csv file contains the Ethnic Origin (HESA) code.
We recommend you download and save this file between 12 and 23 October to secure the ethnicity and nationality data for all your placed applicants for the 2015 entry cycle for your report to NCTL.
