On 24 June, we will be publishing the first of our new reports, available on the providers’ section of our website, alongside the weekly UTT statistics Reports A and B. These reports – referred to as Reports C and D, and which many of you will have seen at our Annual Review Meetings earlier this year – compare changes in applicants and applications across the scheme. They contain:
  • comparisons between this cycle and the same week in the last cycle
  • changes since last week for both cycles
  • applicant states
  • application states
  • applicant characteristics including, domicile, sex, and age
  • provider characteristics, including region, course type, and course phase

They will allow you to:
  • see how your provider is doing relative to competitors within your region, type of provider, or course phase
  • track the success of applicants compared to last cycle
  • identify early trends in applications, for example, more applications to SCITTs compared to 2014, and fewer to higher education providers
