Please remember we will not be sending you printed copy forms after 31 October 2014.

  • If you are still receiving printed forms, please familiarise yourself with the new digital copy form facility as soon as possible.
  • Once you are ready to switch off the requirement for paper copy forms, simply follow the step-by-step details in our

From the start of the 2015 cycle, you can specify your digital copy form requirements. All users will have their requirements defaulted to ‘No’ for paper copy forms. 

For lead schools, we will set training programmes individually to ‘Yes’ to enable you to access an online digital copy form through web-link. Alternatively, each training programme can be marked as ‘No’ and you can view applications through web-link.  

Setting your digital copy form option to ‘Yes’ allows you to print off applications as and when required.
