As you already know, we are committed to developing a single destination for learners who want to progress in education. For two key reasons we are starting this work by developing the UCAS Postgraduate scheme:
- The scheme is relatively small and we will be able to test the new methodology succinctly before rolling out the solutions, reducing risk to all parties.
- The scheme does not involve any key dates and so provides us with flexibility.
We want to involve learners and providers from the beginning, to ensure we are developing user-centered services. This is your opportunity to join our postgraduate webinar on Wednesday, 15 April between 11:00-12:00.
The webinar will include early sight of the wireframes for our search tool and will provide an overview of our postgraduate proposition. The feedback, input and suggestions we receive during this webinar will be used to help inform developments across all schemes in future.
This webinar marks the start of working in a more dynamic way which will involve:
- developing in small increments and gaining early feedback
- sourcing feedback from the direct users of a service
- development taking place in shorter ‘sprints’ allowing for more regular feedback
- sharing feedback – you will be able to track the development of products and services throughout the process
