An update on our phone lines

As you’re aware, a third party have been having issues for the last few days, causing our phone lines to be unavailable.

We have been assured that this has now been resolved and both us and our third party are undertaking careful monitoring to ensure stability of our services.

We will be working with our third party to understand the root cause of the issue.
